Community Information

Information about a community is a critical element most buyers consider before they make a decision to purchase a home. In fact, most buyers select the community or neighbourhood first and the home second. The more relevant and current information buyers have about a community the greater value and importance they place on that community and understand there may be a premium to pay to live in the community of their choice.

Generally buyers like to understand a community from different perspectives and ask questions about the neighbourhood such as:

· How good are the schools?                                     Please share your feedback click here.

· Neighbourhood's positive features?                        Please share your feedback click here.

· How long have residents lived here?                       Please share your feedback click here.

· Are there children for my children to play with?

· What’s the shopping like?                                        Please share your feedback click here.

I have many positive personal feelings about the quality and value of our neighbourhood. Events like the Valleyview Open Golf Tournament (which raised over $17,000 for the new hospital) and the street party highlight the generosity and willingness of our neighbours to take part in neighbourhood events.

Our objective is to build this portion of the site into a true community information network that recognizes the many positive aspects of our community and those individuals that energize us through their involvement and actions. The information should come from everyone in the community. To begin the process click on the feedback tab next to the question. These tabs will open up to enable you to share information on the community from your perspective with answers to a short survey. Your answers will create a profile that will give buyers a real sense of the uniqueness and value for our neighbourhood. Give one survey a try.
